Hock Guan Cheong Construction Company was founded in 1975. The Company was converted into private limited in 1985 and renamed as Hock Guan Cheong Builder Pte Ltd.

Over the years, we have built scores of public and private apartments, raging from low cost apartment blocks to luxurious condominium located throughout the country. We have played an important role in meeting the public housing demand by completing some 13,000 dwelling units to date and about 30 projects worth contract value of more than 750 millions.

We were selected as one of the core contructors of Housing and Development Board since 1983 and awarded ISO 9000 in 1995. We perform active role to provide more efficient, systematic, high quality and best value building services to our customers.
